The Story Behind Grimm's Land Management
“Transforming your horror story into a happily ever after.”

Zanan — owner, Grimm's Land Management
Meet the owner
Every overgrown property has a kind of horror story — the back acres nobody can walk, the tree line swallowed by briars, the lot that was supposed to be a homesite and turned into a thicket. Grimm's Land Management exists to rewrite that ending.
We’re a local land-management company serving Burlington, North Carolina and the surrounding Alamance County and Piedmont Triad region. We specialize in forestry mulching and land clearing — reclaiming overgrown ground in a single low-impact pass — along with brush removal and skid-steer grading and site prep.
How we work
We keep it simple and honest. We come walk your property, listen to what you’re trying to end up with, and recommend the right-sized approach — not the biggest invoice. We tell you plainly whether your project is a mulching job, a heavier clearing job, or a mix. Then we do the work with one crew and one machine, and we walk the finished ground with you before we leave.
The machine
We run a Kubota SVL65-2 compact track loader with a forestry mulching head. Its track footprint is suited to soft and rural Piedmont ground, and the mulching head lets us cut, grind, and clear brush, saplings, and small trees in a single pass — then grade and cut access when the job calls for it.
Local, and here to stay
We live and work in this region. We know the ground, the clay, and the aggressive local growth — the privet, honeysuckle, and kudzu that reclaim a property if you let it. When you hire Grimm's, you’re hiring neighbors who answer the phone.
Our commitment to quality
We take pride in our work and want you to be happy with the result. We’ll complete your project as described in your written work agreement, using professional equipment and safe, careful methods, and we’ll walk the finished site with you whenever possible before we consider a job done.
We stand behind our workmanship — the clearing, mulching, brush removal, or skid-steer work we agreed to perform. Please keep in mind that vegetation is living: grass, brush, and new growth naturally return over time, especially in a growing season. Regrowth is a normal part of nature, not a defect in our work. [CLIENT INPUT REQUIRED: if you offer a specific workmanship guarantee period, state it here — e.g., we guarantee our workmanship for X days after completion; otherwise remove this line.]
If you have a concern about the work, contact us within [CLIENT INPUT REQUIRED: number — e.g., 7] days of completion and we’ll review it with you and, if it’s something we’re responsible for, make it right.
Licensed & insured
Grimm's Land Management, LLC carries [CLIENT INPUT REQUIRED] for the work we perform. We’re happy to provide a certificate of insurance on request — this is common for larger or commercial jobs, and we’re glad to send it to you or your project manager. [CLIENT INPUT REQUIRED: if you hold any licenses, certifications, or trade memberships that genuinely apply, list them here; if not, remove this sentence.] Being properly insured protects both of us and is part of how we do business.
