How our estimates work

Clear, fair pricing — here’s how it works

A request is not a quote

When you submit our form or call, you’re requesting an estimate — not booking a job or locking a price. Any figures we discuss before we see your property are rough ballparks to help you plan.

Final pricing comes after we see the property

Land is different on every parcel. We provide firm pricing after an on-site assessment (or a detailed review of photos and property information) so we can account for the real conditions of your project. Your written estimate will describe the work and the price for your specific job.

What affects the price

  • The size of the area and how much of it needs work (acres or square footage).
  • The density and type of growth — light brush versus heavy undergrowth, saplings, or larger trees.
  • Terrain and slope, wet or soft ground, and how easy the site is to access with equipment.
  • Obstacles such as fences, structures, rocks, stumps, or debris.
  • Whether any hauling, grading, or additional site prep is requested.
  • Weather and ground conditions at the time of the work.

How long a quote is good for

A written estimate is valid for [CLIENT INPUT REQUIRED: number — e.g., 30] days from its date, unless we state otherwise. After that, conditions or costs may change and we may need to update it.

Accepting an estimate

To move forward, we’ll confirm the scope and schedule in a written work agreement. [CLIENT INPUT REQUIRED: if you require a deposit, state it here — e.g., a deposit of X% is due to schedule the work; otherwise remove this line.]
